I just want to express my experience with Steve at Empire State Warranty, he is an absolute pleasure to do business with he's extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I'm glad I signed up with his company for the Extended Warranties. I've dealt with Penn Warranty, Cars Protection Plus, and Guardian Warranty Corp in the past and had issues with them on claims and payouts, and had some concerns but none with Empire State Warranty. The ease of operation, the quick response time, and approval times. They are very easy to work with emailing all questions and responding with quick answers. Payment times are within hours of submission and credit card payment works simply with our system. Overall a great company to work with.

Where do I begin? A review should be there for the end user, and prospective client, to read. However, Empire State Warranty has two tiers of clients. That is the dealership that sells and services/repairs customers' vehicles after the sale utilizing the plans sold and then, there is the end user, aka the person that purchased the car with the warranty. I can tell you, they both are as equally important. I am a dealer and to me is important that my clients have an effortless and hassle-free experience. As a dealer, it's also important that my service department doesn't waste time, therefore costing the dealership, and the claims and approval processes are quick and fair. With a clear conscience, I can say the Empire State Warranty is superb in client service for both tiers of clients. By far top 2 companies we have ever dealt with.
