Understanding Our Tiers & Picking The Right Facility
We group repair facilities into tiers based on how their labor rates align with your coverage. This helps ensure transparency and no surprises when it comes time for repairs.
Tier 1 — Exact Match Coverage
These facilities match labor rates directly to your ESW plan. This is the most seamless option, with little to no out-of-pocket cost for covered repairs. (Note: Express plans may require additional review.)
Tier 2 — Adjusted Match (Up to $125/hr)
These shops agree to align their labor rates up to $125/hour. Most repairs are covered within your plan limits, though certain plans like Express may not be included.
Tier 3 — Standardized Rate ($150/hr)
Facilities in this tier cap their labor rate at $150/hour for ESW customers. For example, if a shop typically charges $185/hour, they’ll reduce their rate to $150/hour when working under your coverage.
Tier 4 — No Set Rate Cap (Preferred Network)
These are trusted repair facilities within the ESW network that do not operate under a fixed labor rate cap. While rates may vary, these shops are known for quality service and reliability.
