Steve is a graduate of Siena College with over a decade of experience in the car business and independent dealership support. Now, as the founder of Empire State Warranty, he’s on a mission to disrupt and elevate the Vehicle Service Contract industry. By focusing on groundbreaking products, top-tier customer service, and building strong, healthy relationships, Steve is flipping the narrative surrounding vehicle warranties to benefit both dealers and consumers. His vision is to raise the bar for how this industry is perceived within the automotive space.

Vice President of Operations
With an analytical mind and a strong background in operational excellence, Alaina Blanchard ensures that Empire State Warranty runs seamlessly. She graduated magna cum laude from Excelsior College with a bachelor’s in History and has worked in customer service and operations management for over ten years. Customer Service and Claims Supervisor
Pete brings over 35 years of experience in the automotive industry. A graduate of Pace University with a BBA in Business Management, Pete has worked in every facet of the automotive aftermarket. His journey began at just seven years old, stocking shelves at one of the Northeast’s largest automotive distribution centers, where his father served as general manager. Over the years, he built an impressive career, including serving as a regional manager for Carquest. His passion for the automotive world and dedication to excellence make him a valuable addition to our team.

Business Development Executive
Gregory Brown is a seasoned sales specialist with extensive experience in the automotive industry. His background includes roles as a dealer account manager with Westlake Financial and a sales manager at Northway Toyota and Exit5 Auto. Known for his tenacity, leadership, and exceptional communication skills, Greg is dedicated to helping Empire’s dealer partners thrive through personalized support and a commitment to their success.

Lauren brings over a decade of expertise in the automotive industry to her role as Business Development Executive for New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and parts of Maryland. Her experience spans the digital auction space and vehicle service contract consultation, where she has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor within the industry.
