To determine Diamond Dealers, we evaluate performance across several key metrics, with each category scored on a 10-point system. The scoring categories include: Dealer Loss Ratio, Total Contract Count, Total Revenue Sold, Highest Upsell Penetration Rate, Highest Growth Percentage of Back-End Sales Year Over Year (YOY).
