Covers: cylinder block, cylinder heads, and all internally lubricated parts including: pistons, piston rings, connecting rods, connecting rod bearings, crankshaft and main bearings, camshaft and liters/followers (lifters or followers which have not failed, and only require cleaning are not covered), intake an exhaust valves, push rods, rocker arm shafts, rocker arms, timing drive components including timing chains/belts (timing chain or belt which is being changed as part of the manufacturer’s preventive maintenance schedule, is not covered). Valve train covers, intake and exhaust manifolds, flywheel, oil pump, and oil pan. Internal engine sensors. The engine block, cylinder heads and turbocharger/super-charger housing are also covered if the above-listed parts caused a Breakdown of the engine block, cylinder heads or turbocharger/supercharger housing.

Covers: Case and all internally lubricated parts including: planetary gear systems, clutch and steel packs, clutch drums, bands, internal seals, pump, valve body, internal sensors and internal solenoids, and overrunning or one way clutch assemblies. Torque converter and the torque converter housing.

Covers: Case and all internally lubricated parts, including: input shaft, output shaft, idler shafts, main shaft, all internal gears, shift forks, and synchronizer assemblies. Standard transmission clutch assemblies, linkages, any hydraulic clutch units are not covered.

Covers: Transfer case on all internally lubricated parts.

Covers: Front or rear differential housing and all internally lubricated parts (excluding wheel bearings). Driveshaft universal joints. (NOTE: Front or rear cv joins and front or rear wheel bearings are NOT covered).

Covers: Labor charges to repair or replace a covered component are based on AllData or Mitchell flat rate time and the lesser of the Repair Facility’s posted labor rate or up to one hundred ($100.00) per hour.

Provides replacement of seals and gaskets which are leaking fluids (lubricants or coolant). Slight seepage is not considered to be a covered repair (size of a quarter in 24 hours). (NOTE: Vacuum leaks are not covered).

Emergency Roadside Assistance is available throughout the United States. Canada and Puerto Rico, twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred sixty-five (365) days a year. When arranging for 24-hour Roadside Assistance please call (844) 753-1784. You will be required to give the representative assisting You the following information: Producer Code – 159812, Agreement Number (located on the front right-hand corner of Your application page), and Your Produce Code which is “244 ESW”. You will not be required to pay any additional fee or sum in addition to the contract fee when Your service is for a tow of up to twenty-five (25) miles or other covered service listed below. You are entitled to one (1) free service within a seventy-two (72) hour period. The number of covered Emergency Roadside Assistance Claims shall not exceed four (4) occurrences per Agreement Year. Important: Please be with Your Vehicle when the service provider arrives, as they cannot service an unattended vehicle. Service provided must be a covered benefit under the terms and conditions described. Please note: Coverage is extended to the registered vehicle only.

Up to twenty-five (25) miles at no out-of-pocket expense to You. Additional mileage is available and will be negotiated prior to sending out a service vehicle. Additional mileage is to be paid by You directly to the service provider at the time of service.

Jumpstart or boost a dead battery.

Including gasoline, water, oil, or any supplies necessary to send the Vehicle on its way. You are responsible for the actual cost of fluid and/or supplies delivered.

If You get a flat tire, Your Vehicle’s spare tire will be installed, as long as it’s inflated and serviceable.

We will send a locksmith if You are accidentally locked out of the Vehicle. Access to passenger compartment only.

In the event of a Breakdown covered by this Contract, We will pay or reimburse You for receipted expenses to rent a replacement vehicle (from a licensed rental agency) while Your Vehicle is at a licensed Repair Facility. Coverage will be provided to You on the following basis, up to a maximum of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day, for a maximum of five days, up to a maximum of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00).

In the event of a Breakdown of a covered component or part, We will reimburse You up to a maximum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per day for a maximum of five (5) days, not to exceed a total of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), for any expenses incurred by You for meals and/or lodging, provided: You cannot operate Your Covered Vehicle due to a Breakdown covered by this Agreement and are more than one hundred (100) miles away from home, and expenses are incurred between the time of Breakdown and the time repairs are completed. (The date of Breakdown shall be considered the first day).
